Leadership Cohort

An 8-month cohort experience to provide teams of educators with high-quality, culturally-responsive professional development opportunities that train and equip school teams to understand Black student development and improve educator responsiveness to systemic inequalities that impact their everyday learning. 

Timeline for Application and Cohort Launch

August 2023 – cohort recruitment begins

January 2024 – in-person cohort launch

February thru July 2024 – virtual learning and cohort connection session

August 2024 – in-person culmination event adjacent to SBL24 Conference
